By booking a pitch at Chapel Porth Motorhome Park, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if these terms are not followed.

The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred on the premises.

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and paid in full before arrival.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

We do not offer refunds for early departures.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Pitches must be left clean and tidy.

Site Rules

Strictly no dogs allowed on the premises.

Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Open fires are not permitted. BBQs may be used but must be raised off the ground.

All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins.
-
The speed limit on-site is 5 mph.

Only motorhomes are permitted; no tents, caravans, or trailer tents.

Facilities and Conduct

Facilities are for the use of paying guests only.

Please report any damage or maintenance issues to management.

Any behaviour causing disruption or distress to others may result in removal from the site.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider rescheduling a booking at our discretion.
Liability

Chapel Porth Motorhome Park is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Guests park and stay at their own risk.
